The Wedding Process
Step 1: Our journey starts with a phone call or messages to dive into your vision. I want to understand the moments that will mean the most to you—the emotions, the excitement, and the unique details that make your day yours. We'll talk about your family dynamic, colors, and everything that makes your wedding day special! My goal is to step into your shoes, so I can be the best support throughout the planning process and on your big day. Once we've explored your vision, I’ll walk you through my packages and pricing, break down exactly what I offer, and answer any questions you may have.
Step 2: Once you've decided to move forward, I’ll draft up a contract with the payment plan you’ve chosen. We’ll both sign to confirm your special details. Your first payment is due within three days of signing, giving you peace of mind that your date is officially booked—without the stress of having to pay the moment you sign.
Step 3: From here, I’ll send out your Wedding Welcome Guide Magazine and I will stay in touch as we plan your Denver or Colorado Springs engagement photos (within an hour of either city), craft your wedding timeline, and build your shot list. I’d love to see your inspiration—send me your favorite Pinterest photos, and let’s brainstorm fun, unique ideas to make your wedding couples’ portraits truly stand out! My goal is to be more than just your photographer—I’m here for you throughout the planning process and even years down the road when it’s time for family photos (yes, I’m already thinking ahead, hehe!).

We’ll explore where in Colorado might be the perfect fit for you, whether it’s a mountaintop at sunrise, a secluded alpine lake, or a stunning red rock overlook. We’ll talk about what you want to experience—do you envision a quiet, intimate vow exchange or a fun, easy adventure-filled day? We’ll also discuss the best time of year, accessibility, and any special details that will make your elopement truly yours. Once we've mapped out your dream day, I’ll walk you through my packages and pricing, break down exactly what I offer, and answer any questions you have. Let’s make sure we’re the perfect fit to bring your elopement vision to life!
Step 2: I draw up your contract with the payment plan you have chosen, we both sign confirming your special details which protects both the Photographer and Client. Step 3: From here, I’ll be by your side every step of the way—helping you craft the perfect elopement experience. If your package includes partial planning, I’ll work closely with you to find the best vendors, accommodations, and even local dining recommendations to make your elopement feel effortless and stress-free. I’ll go deep into location scouting to ensure you have the most breathtaking backdrop for your vows. I’ll help with permits, weather considerations, and timeline planning to make sure your day flows seamlessly. My goal is to not only capture your love story but to make sure your elopement is everything you’ve dreamed of and more.

"We recently had Amazing and her assistant capture our wedding. Words can not even begin to describe Amazings Photography. She has such a great artistic eye and is able to capture the most breathtaking shots. She was able to capture so many incredible moments. I am so in love with ALL the photos we've seen so far, and there is still more to come! She makes me feel spoiled! Beyond that Amazing is hands down the best person to work with on your wedding day. Alot of things turned into chaos the day of our wedding, missing attire, our wedding parties had no way to communicate due to no service, and a coordinator who was less than present. Amazing and her assistant stepped up and made everything happen. They helped us keep our timeline even though it wasn't their job, she helped calm me and help everything flow even with an incredibly squished timeline. She made all the shots I wanted happen in litterally remarkable time. Also, The way that she directs you to pose makes you feel so confident and comfortable, even if you have no idea what your doing. Just a testament to how above and beyond she goes for her clients.
